For the Hera Pheri fans, there is shocking news, Paresh Rawal aka Bahu Bhaiya is quitting the movie. Recently he confirmed his quitting from cult comedy. Actor Paresh Rawal opened up about his quitting from “Hera Pheri 3”, he said,
“I opted out because today, I don’t feel like a part of it… it’s final for the time being. I just felt it was a role that I didn’t want to do. Creative differences or money weren’t the reasons for the decision.”

As per the sources, the Actor Paresh Rawal was being paid more than thrice his usual fee for the film. One of the sources (HT) close to the legal development said,
“Paresh displayed a blatant disregard for professional integrity or commercial morality. If he didn’t want to do the film, he should have said so before signing the legal contract, accepting the signing amount and making the producer spend so much money on the shoot. It is high time Indian actors realize that like Hollywood, producers here, too, will no longer give in to the whims of an actor walking in and out of a film as they please.”

On Akshay’s legal notice to Paresh Rawal for exiting the movie after shooting began, the source (HT), denied that Paresh walked out of the project. “The film hadn’t even started… There was a promo shoot, not a film schedule…. Real shoot is planned sometime next year”.
The new report said, Paresh Rawal returned the signing amount of Rs. 11 lakhs along with the interest of 15%. The “Term Sheet mentioned that Paresh would receive the balance amount – Rs. 14.89 crore – only one month after release. The senior actor has reservations about this clause.”
